Easy recipe with delicious results.
1 Package Stew Beef - chunks
3 large carrots - diced
6 potatoes - diced ( I usually figure about 1 to 1 1/2 potato per person)
2 celery stalks - diced
1 onion - diced
1 can tomato soup + 1 cup water combined
Place all of the ingredients in the crock pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with tomato soup and water mixture. Slow cook all day.
